While going through my 2006 folder, I stumbled across my first Mermaid Edit.
Ahh the memories of that wonderful summer when the mermaid migration came close to the beaches of North Carolina and I got some fantastic mermaid shots.

Beautifully performed and I love the same skin color in all of her body and the absense of fish scales (more like aquatic mammals therefore). The way you have done it seems much more correct and natural than those strange blueish or greenish color that most artists give to their tails.
