Fantastic! I love process poems generally, and this is a really good one. I hear an echo of Longfellow's Hiawatha granmar in lines 5 through 7, giving it a historial echo---a nod to the past as well as a glimpse of the very pleasant present. I am curious, of course, as to how long this took to write, and what was the initial process (other than the obvious photograph itself). This is a marvelous poem, and you should be very proud of it, and its place in your overall achievement. And I appreciate the special thanks line very much also.
